Exceeded expectations and great family stay, will be back!

What a lovely stay.....the proximity to public transportation was excellent, the staff were so accommodating, nearby restaurants offered all that you might want in variety and local experience, walking distance to Tokyo Tower. Suggest having drinks at the terrace bar at Prince Hotel for a gorgeous night time view of Tokyo Tower. Bonus was washer/dryer, complimentary clothes washing liquid, and kitchen was very well equipped. Room configuration was amazing with dining table included, little banquet which our son loved reading in, and a bunk bed over a couch (which also could be a bed too). We were a family of 3 and the space + bed configuration was just perfect. We will definitely be back!

The washing machine and dryer combo were a huge game changer for the humid travel days of July! Instructions were challenging even with google translate so not sure we maximized the technology. Same with the loo :)

Good cost benefit. Location can be good or so so depending on taste

The room is spacious and 12th floor had a great view of the Tokyo tower. It was nice to have the restroom separated from the bathroom. There was always someone at the reception to help. The kitchen was basic, but okay.

Location was okay; not bad but not great. 5-6min walk to train stations. Mid-point between Shibuya and Ginza, close to Roppongi. Not many shops and restaurants around.

We stayed as a group of four, and the room was way more spacious and comfortable than we had imagined. The location was also quite convenient because we were within walking distance of main train lines, so we didn't have to change trains as frequently, and there was a konbini right on the corner of the street.

Great launch pad to explore Tokyo.

It was more of an apartment, with a small kitchen and a washer/dryer, which suited us really well for your 3 days in Tokyo. It was so clean and a great location.

We had a great time.

10 min walk from multiple train stations. It is located off the main road and away from any train tracks, so there was no noise while sleeping. 15/20 min walk to Tokyo Tower. Plenty of food options in the surrounding area. The staff was super friendly when we needed help.

I am a big guy; the bed was a little hard and could have used a few more pillows.

Good balance between location and value.

The property is very modern and everything is new. The front desk staff was always helpful and polite, and the location is awesome for light sleepers.

The room is a bit small and the mattresses were incredibly firm.

Great amenities and decently located

Great amenities in the room, including washer/dryer combo and kitchenette. Having a table for sit down meals is also quite nice. Location is a little bit far from Hamamatsucho station (for Monorail to Haneda and JR lines), but still walkable. It's also a good idea to have consumables like toothbrushes and laundry detergent at the front desk so we can only take what we need. There are some supermarket options within walking distance (Maruetsu Petit, MyBasket), to take advantage of the kitchen facilities. Room cleaning only happens every few days but that's not really a problem for me, but perhaps something to consider.

The building itself is not very large, and in order to maximise the space used for rooms, the elevator and hallway areas are a bit cramped. The hot water in the shower can take some time to heat up.

« Hôtel et chambre supers. Personnel super sympa. A refaire »

Hôtel petit, seulement deux chambres par étage. la chambre était super, bien équipée, une machine à laver, un coin cuisine et très moderne. Un peu éloigné de la station Hammatsucho, 10mn de marche, mais rien de bien méchant à Tokyo. Doté d'un personnel très gentil et toujours voulant nous aider. Joli chambre/appartement

Rien, un peu éloigné des sites super connus mais cependant "central" pour aller sur Shinjuku ou au nord de Tokyo.
